The template
Cover, introduction, technical specification, scope and schedule, price and warranty, terms, and acceptance. Customer-specific details are marked in red so nothing is missed.

The price, terms and acceptance pages are not shown here because they carry Octa’s commercial and bank details.
What changed
Repeated sections were removed, and the rest regrouped so a customer can find the price, the scope and the terms quickly.
Octa orange and charcoal, the logo on every page and a consistent header and footer. It reads like it comes from a serious company.
Customer name, site, lift model, capacity, stops and price are marked placeholders, so the team edits a few fields instead of retyping pages.
A visual route from order confirmation to handover shows the customer what happens next and who is responsible at each step.
What happened next
When we built Octa One, the quotation module was set up to produce its PDFs in this same layout. A salesperson builds the quote on screen, and the system fills the template in.
