Nexora Studio is a digital marketing and web development studio operating from India. This policy covers the website at nexorastudio.in. You can reach us at info@nexorastudio.in or on +91 73034 22303.
We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the enquiry form that is your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or website, the services you are interested in, your rough budget and timeline, and your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send and your contact details.
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms. When you open a page, click our WhatsApp, phone or email links, or send the enquiry form, your browser tells Meta that this happened, along with technical details such as your browser, device and IP address. Meta may set cookies to do this. We use it to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. We never pass Meta the contents of the enquiry form. You can limit this through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and scope work, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by a form-handling service, and email is handled by our email provider. They process your details only to deliver them to us. Ad measurement is handled by Meta, as described above. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and its pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens. We may share your details if the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are talking to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless we must keep them by law.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@nexorastudio.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
